Pharmacy Nomination

Did you know you can collect your prescription from a nominated Pharmacy convenient to you.  Simply let us know your choice of Pharmacy and in the future your prescriptions can be sent electronically to them for collection.

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

There are a number of different ways you can order your repeat prescriptions:

• Post (please ensure you send a stamped addressed envelope if you would like the prescription posted back to yourself
• Prescription Post Box situated by booking in screen in reception
• Online via Patient Access (if you are not already registered for this service please follow the link at the top of the page)
• Nominated Pharmacy
• In Person at reception

Please ensure you tick all the items you need on the request slip.  If you do not have a request slip just jot down the items with your Name, Address and Date of Birth.

The Practice has a 48 hr working day  Protocol for repeat prescription requests (excluding weekend and bank holidays) and we DO NOT accept requests over the telephone for safety provisions.

Medication Reviews

If your review date is due, you will not be able to order a repeat prescription until this has been completed.  You may have been advised by the GP when a review is planned or you can see the review date on the bottom right hand side of your prescription.  You can also have your review over the telephone.
